Pineapple and Turmeric Smoothie Recipe

Description

  • 270g fresh pineapple flesh (about ½ a fresh pineapple), chilled
  • 1 large ripe banana, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2cm piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • 150ml milk

Blitz all the ingredients in a high-powered blender for 1-2 mins until smooth and creamy. Divide between 2 highball glasses to serve.
