Jersey Lightning Recipe
Description
2 oz. apple brandy (such as Laird's Apple Brandy Bottled in Bond)
1 oz. sweet vermouth (such as Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
Orange twist (for serving; optional)
Combine 2 oz. apple brandy, 1 oz. sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters, if using, in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, 20–25 seconds, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with an orange twist, if using.
